Signing up for student loans should not be done unless you first look into the Federal National SMART Grant Program. Federal grants do not have to paid back so check this out before you get into those no cosigner student loans which many students attending college have. In fact, there are other Fedreral grant programs for students that should be explored first before students start signing up for no cosigner loans. There are restrictions but you may fit into them perfectly and have most of your college tuition covered making attending college much more enjoyable knowing that when you graduate from college you won’t have the hugh student loans like so many do today. Work smart and look into the National SMART Grant program to see if this works for you. It’s a great alternative student loan idea.
